Lianne Spiderbaby has written prominently for
a variety of genre film magazines such as Fangoria, Famous Monsters
of Filmland and Video Watchdog. She has also written for Cineplex
Canada, Vice, and Horse Sport magazines. Lianne's professional
journalistic force has led to high profile set visits (Peirce's

(Chloe Moretz, Jamie Foxx, Kimberly Peirce, Quentin Tarantino,
Sybil Danning, James Wan, Sheryl Lee, Eli Roth, etc).
In late 2013, Lianne's first book, Grindhouse
Girls: Cinema's Hardest Working Women, will be available from

Women is an in-depth look at the infamous exploitation actresses
of the 1970s and 80s and how their groundbreaking films reflected
the societal changes occuring around them and influenced a generation
of filmmaking. Women like Tura Satana, Pam Grier, and Sybil
Danning maintain an aura of strength, fearless in the face of
men and crime. There is no better time to acknowledge the actresses
that gave us everything that most Hollywood actresses could
not: sex, drugs, violence, shock, rock, and rebellion.

day one and cannot wait to get back to the basement of Centennial

Gabriel Carrer (PGC) is a Canadian writer/director/producer.
He carries an absorbing fleet of styles, making them appealing
to independent and mainstream cinema.
At the age of 23 he directed his first feature,
an ultra low budget film titled Desperate Souls. Years later,
his uncompromising mentality allowed him to direct Kill for
international distributor TROMA, and If A Tree Falls and in
2011 he produced/directed In the House of Flies, which placed
rock icon and social commentator, Henry Rollins as the antagonist.
His 2010 film, If A Tree Falls, had its world
premiere at the Fantasia Film Festival. The film was conceived
to be a stylized throwback 70s genre film and considering
its low budget, the film quickly became notable in certain
cult film circles, including with SHOCK STOCK patrons. The film
utilizes present day sensibilities relevant to the standards
of todays psychological thrillers and horror films. The
entire film was produced, shot, edited, scored and directed
by Gabriel. It was written by Ryan Barrett who also stars in
